20cm yellow PETG Wheel Chocks with customized registration for a Seneca II aircraft.

It's our added value when developing each new product and version.
We seek to simplify and optimize our designs according to the application.
At every stage of design and manufacturing. This allows us to offer reliable and long-lasting products. In addition to constant improvement in designs.
Using engineering and CNC equipment, we create prototypes and finished products according to the needs of our clients.
To develop cutting-edge technological products, with a primary focus on the aerospace sector and industrial applications.

Vortex generators are elements that improve wing profile performance and flight stability at low speeds, they create micro vortices that delay the release of air over the wing, this reduces stall speed without affecting performance in level flight. These elements can also be installed on stabilizers, where an improvement in the response of the rudder and elevator at low speeds is perceived.

This design allows quick installation on the aircraft and has sight glasses to verify the wear level of the carbons during use without having to uninstall it.
The product consists of a brush holder made of resin and stainless screws. The brushes are high quality carbon-copper with spring and female Faston terminal.

We have developed a variety of custom Aircraft Wheel Chocks. Our current version standardizes a robust design in PETG material for different rim widths, these being 15cm, 20cm and 25cm.
This product is available in various colors and comes personalized with the aircraft registration.

20cm yellow PETG Wheel Chocks with customized registration for a Seneca II aircraft.

Lightweight 13cm red PETG Wheel Chocks with customized registration for the MXP150 Kimbaya Ultralight Aircraft.

Vortex generators can be installed on fabric-covered wings, taking into account the distribution of the elements between the wing ribs. Our version includes a self-adhesive backing that makes installation easier on smooth-covered surfaces.

Vortex Generators can not only be used to reduce stall speed, but also to improve airflow over the elevator and rudder during slow flight conditions, enhancing the responsiveness of these control surfaces.

Our experience in the development of vortex generators for ultralight aircraft has enabled continuous improvement in their design, performance, installation, materials, and manufacturing processes.

We manufacture customized Wheel Chocks for small aircraft in different sizes and colors.
